Independent financial business review:
A key review of the business and financial information made available to assess sustainability and feasibility
Review of existing accounts and P&L, balance sheets, assets & debts & stock reports
Formulation of current state scenarios and cashflow forecast based on most recent trading figures
Formulation of projected trade scenario to assess future viability
Feedback report and recommendations on business feasibility and any support requirements if applicable for relevant pub company
Includes advice on Profit & Loss, business development, service levels, marketing, promotion, advertising and cost controls and recommendations on trade developmentideas.
Consultancy, Interim Troubleshooting roles or Project Management
Day rate of £300 a day plus reasonable travel expenses available for operations, project and estates work including interim area and operational management. Emergency cover, temporary area troubleshotting roles or new project work all delivered by experienced industry professionals.
Investment Marketing and Merchandising Review:
Onsite review with client to review operational standards and marketing plan devising an activity planner and recommendations on improvements to standards, marketing, merchandising and promotional activity. From £400
